Possibilities of aplication CNC technology on construction joints of wood based buildings

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je vysvětlení základních pojmů, vyhledání zdrojů, sepsání literární rešerše na téma vývoj CNC strojů, využití CNC technologie při výrobě dřevostaveb, historie dřevostaveb, možnosti a dnešní požadavky na dřevostavby a základní informace na toto téma s následným vyhotovením jednoho z konstrukčních spojů na CNC. Náplní teoretické části je přehled druhů konstrukčních spojů používaných v oblasti dřevostaveb, porovnání možnosti výstavby dřevostaveb u nás a v zahraničí, výhody a nevýhody, použití možnosti výroby na CNC strojích. Praktickou částí této práce je zhotovení vybraného konstrukčního spoje, jeho detailní popis a model v CAD programu a popis postupu výroby a výhod a nevýhod konstrukčního spoje na CNC stroji. Pro vytvoření modelu byl použit AutoCAD LT, výstup z tohoto programu byl následně přenesen do NC-HOPS, kde byl vytvořen G-KÓD pro CNC Promaster 7 123 od firmy HOLZ-HER, na kterém byl obroben hranol z borovice. Výsledný produkt ve formě dvou hranolů spojených rovným hákovým plátem s ostřím ukázal možnost výroby spoje na CNC, její výhody i nedostatky a úskalí, na která je třeba dávat při výrobě pozor.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is an explanation of basic concepts, search for sources, separation of literary sources on the development of CNC machines, use of CNC technology in the production of wooden buildings, history of wooden buildings, possibilities and first requirements for wooden buildings and basic information on this topic with subsequent processing of one of structural joints on CNC. The content of the theoretical part is an overview of the types of structural joints used in the field of wooden buildings, a comparison of the possibilities of building wooden buildings in our country and abroad, advantages and disadvantages, the use of production options on CNC machines. The practical part of this work is the production of a selected structural connection, its detailed description of the model in the CAD program and a description of the production process and the advantage of a disadvantageous structural connection on a CNC machine. AutoCAD LT was used to create the model, the output from this program was then transferred to NC-HOPS, where G-CODE was created for the CNC Promaster 7 123 from HOLZ-HER, on which the pine prism was machined. the resulting product in the form of two prisms connected by a straight hook plate with a blade showed the possibility of manufacturing a joint on CNC, its advantages as well as shortcomings and pitfalls that must be taken care of during production.
