Development Trends of Contractual Process
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá současným procesem kontraktace a jeho vývojem v budoucnu. Prozkoumáme současnou úpravu a budeme se věnovat analýze jeho vývojů. Nahlédneme do historické stránky vzniku smluvního procesu a tendence vývoje kontraktačního procesu v České republice a Evropě. Cílem této práce je analýza tendence vývoje kontraktačního procesu z teoretického a praktického hlediska.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the current process of contracting and its development in the future. We will explore the current arrangements and analyze its developments. We will look at the historical side of the contract process and the tendency of the development of the contracting process in the Czech Republic and Europe.
