Cílem této práce je analyzovat vliv liberalizace trhu na zajišťování dopravní obslužnosti v České republice se zaměřením na dotovanou osobní železniční dopravu. Úvodní část se věnuje veřejné dopravě a jejímu zajištění v obecné rovině. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the impact of liberalization on providing transport services in the Czech Republic with a focus on subsidized passenger rail transport.
