Tématem této diplomové práce je institut předkupního práva a jeho působení na úseku spoluvlastnických vztahů. The subject of this thesis is the institute of pre-emption and its effect on co-ownership relations. After a general definition of the concept of pre-emption, the thesis deals with the historical development of this legal institute and the main changes that have occurred over the years.
