Systematic studies of palynomorphs from borehole PMK5A Trboušany

Abstract:

Cílem této práce byla identifikace a zpřesnění palynomorf spodního miocénu z vrtu PMK 5A – Trboušany. První část tvoří literární rešerše popisující geologii karpatské předhlubně, s krátkým úvodem do Paleopalynologie a dosavadním paleopalynologickým výzkumům vrtů PMK 1, PMK 5A -Trboušany a Šafov 12-13. V části vlastních výsledků bylo za pomoci kombinace metod studia v optickém a elektronovém mikroskopu (LM/SEM) identifikováno 18 taxonů, které potvrzují charakter pylových spekter z předchozích výzkumů v zájmové oblasti. Identifikován byl i typ pylového zrna, který byl v karpatské předhlubni určený vůbec poprvé.

Abstract:

The aim of this work was the identification and specification of lower Miocene pal-ynomorphs from the PMK 5A – Trboušany borehole. The first part consists of lit-erary research describing the geology of the Carpathian Foredeep, with a short introduction to Paleopalynology and the current paleopalynological research of the boreholes PMK 1, PMK 5A -Trboušany and Šafov 12-13. In the results section 18 taxa were identified using a combination of methods in the optical and electron microscope (LM/SEM), which confirm the character of the pollen spectra from previous research in the area of interest. The type of pollen which was determined for the first time in the Carpathian Foredeep was also identified.
