Vymáhání pohledávek z titulu dlužného pojistného

Debt Collection by Reason of Outstanding Premium
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je nejprve zaměřena na pojem pohledávka, jak vzniká a zaniká, dále jakými způsoby se dá uplatnit. Poté je problematika konkretizována na oblast pojišťovnictví. Účelem této práce je vytvoření komplexního pohledu na proces vymáhání pohledávek a doporučení, která mohou zefektivnit proces řízení pohledávek v pojišťovně.
Abstract:
Bachelor work is initially focused on the concept of debt, both origin and extinction, and most often used ways of their recovery. After that, issue is instantiated on the insurance industry. The purpose of this work is to create a comprehensive view of debts collection process and recommendations that can make process of debts recovery in insurance indrustry more effective.
