Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na chod a vylepšení specifických logistických procesů v podniku Seoyon E-Hwa, ve kterém pracuji. Cílem je co možná nejefektivněji vylepšit logistické operace v podniku, dle logistického řetězce. Současně pak tyto poznatky aplikovat jako praktickou ukázku do výuky. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the operation and improvement of specific logistics processes in Seoyon E-Hwa. The goal is to improve logistics operations in the business as efficiently as possible. At the same time, apply this knowledge as a practical demonstration of teaching.
