Visualization of medical history within solid tumors in childhood
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá vizualizací medicínských dat u solidních nádorů v dětském věku. V teoretické části jsou popsány vybrané typy nádorů, včetně jejich genetické zátěže a léčby. Další část se věnuje popisu jednotlivých vizualizací a jejich použití. Poslední část popisuje vybraná data. Praktická část obsahuje návrh databáze pro data, které budou následně vizualizovány.
Abstract:
The thesis focus on the visualization of medical data in solid tumors in children‘s age. The theoretical part describes selected tumor types, including their genetic burden and treatment. The next section is dedicated to the description of the individual visualizations and their uses. The last section describes selected data.
