Investment Plan of a Public Charging Station in the Company SIGNALBAU a.s. and a Proposal of its Financing

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je posouzení vhodnosti investice a rizik do veřejné dobíjecí stanice ve společnosti SIGNALBAU a.s. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou, kdy v rámci teoretické části je zpracována literární rešerše oblasti investic, jejich hodnocení, PESTLE analýzy, finanční analýzy, zdrojů financování a analýzy rizik. Praktická část obsahuje část analytickou a projektovou. V rámci analytické části je nejprve představena společnost SIGNALBAU a.s. a poté zpracována PESTLE analýza a finanční analýza, jejichž výsledky jsou využity i v části projektové. V projektové části je představen investiční záměr veřejné dobíjecí stanice a pomocí metod hodnocení investic posouzena jeho vhodnost. Následuje návrh financování investičního záměru a analýza rizik k posouzení a eliminaci možných rizik. Na závěr je celý projekt zhodnocen.

Abstract:

The aim of this theses is to assess the appropriateness of the investment in the public charging station in SIGNALBAU a.s. The theses is divided into a theoretical and a practical part, the theoretical part contains literature research in the field of investment, investment evaluation, PESTLE analysis, financial analysis, sources of financing and risk analysis. The practical part includes an analytical and a project part. In the analytical part is firstly introduced the company SIGNALBAU a.s. and then PESTLE and financial analysis is concluded, whose results are also used in the project part. In the project part the investment project of a public charging station is introduced and evaluated using investment evaluation methods. This is followed by a proposal for financing the investment project and a risk analysis to assess and eliminate possible risks. At the end the whole project is evaluated.
