Interakce regulační domény tyrosin hydroxylasy s 14-3-3 proteinem

Interaction of regulatory domain of tyrosine hydroxylase with 14-3-3 protein
Abstract:
Tyrosin hydroxylasa (TH) je enzym, katalyzující hydroxylaci tyrosinu za vzniku L-DOPA, prekurzoru dopaminu, adrenalinu a noradrenalinu. Tyto katecholaminy jsou nezbytné neurotransmitery a hormony, spojené s pamětí, emocemi, krevním tlakem a mnoha dalšími. Snížené množství dopaminu, spolu s disfunkcí tyrosin hydroxylasy jsou spojeny s patologií Parkinsonova onemocnění ještě před projevem typických motorických …more
Abstract:
Tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) is an enzyme, catalysing the hydroxylation of tyrosine to form L-DOPA, the precursor of the dopamine, epinephrine and norepinephrine. These catecholamines are essentials neurotransmitters and hormones, connected with memory, emotions, blood pressure and many more. Reduced levels of dopamine, together with the disfunction of tyrosine hydroxylase, are highly implicated in the …more
