Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat stávající proces hodnocení zaměstnanců, navrhnutí jeho provázanosti se systémem benefitů a dále zjištění míry engagementu zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Vybranou společností je Lovochemie, a.s. Mezi vedoucími pracovníky bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření a byly realizovány polostrukturované rozhovory. Dotazníkové šetření i polostrukturované rozhovory měly zjistit zejména připomínky těchto vedoucích pracovníků k ročnímu hodnocení zaměstnanců. Samotné dotazníkové šetření dále zjišťovalo míru angažovanosti vedoucích pracovníků a jejich týmu, jelikož se domnívám, že angažovanost zaměstnanců může mít na výsledky ročního hodnocení zásadní vliv a dále byly v rámci dotazníkového šetření zjišťovány názory vedoucích pracovníků na možnou provázanost výsledků ročního hodnocení s výší benefitů. Dále jsem navrhla provázanost ročního hodnocení s výší benefitů včetně rozboru výhod a nevýhod. Roční hodnocení shledávají někteří vedoucí pracovníci jako zbytečné a administrativně náročné, velmi postrádají vazbu finančních odměn na výsledky ročního hodnocení u dělníků. Většinu oslovených pracovníků nelze s ohledem na výsledky vlastního dotazování označit jako angažované, i přesto, že výsledky jejich ročního hodnocení dosahují 100 %. Nelze tak říci, že vedoucí pracovník s velmi pozitivními výsledky z ročního hodnocení je zároveň angažovaným pracovníkem.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current evaluation process, suggesting its interconnection with the system of benefits and determine the level of engagement of employees in a given company. The selected company is Lovochemie. Among the executives was conducted a survey. And the interviews were also realized. Questionnaire surveys and interviews should have found out the comments of those executives about an annual employee evaluation. The survey also investigated the level of engagement of managers and their team because I believe that employee engagement can have a major impact on the results of the annual evaluation. So I found out the managers' views on the possible link between the results of the annual evaluation and amount of benefits using the questionnaire survey. I also suggested interconnection between the annual assessment and the amount of benefits including an analysis of advantages and disadvantages. Some of the executives think that the annual evaluation is unnecessary and administratively difficult, with lacking of the binding financial rewards to the results of the annual assessment for the workers. Most of the workers can´t be qualified as engaged according to the result of its own, even though the results of the annual assessment achieve 100 %. So it is not possible to say the manager with very positive results of the annual evaluation is also a committed worker.
