Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku trestné činnosti v prostředí dark webu. V práci bude analyzováno prostředí, ve kterém k této trestné činnosti může docházet a popsány budou i jednotlivé trestné činy, které zde bývají nejčastěji páchány. The presented thesis focuses on the issue of Dark Web Crimes. The thesis will analyze the environment in which these crimes may occur and will also describe the individual crimes that are commonly committed.
