Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na proces řešení oznámení na tísňovou linku. V první části je popsána nutnost provozu tísňové linky, v dalších kapitolách je popsán současný stav kvality volání na tísňovou linku policie a to linku 158 a také na tísňovou linku 112.
