The Duel in Medieval Law
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá jedním z typů tzv. božích soudů - ordálem soubojem. První kapitoly jsou věnovány ordálům obecně, následně se práce zaměřuje již na samotný ordál soubojem a závěrečná část popisuje další vývoj souboje.
Abstract:
This thesis on the subject of "The Duel in Medieval Law" deals with one of type of ordeals - judicial duel. First chapters are dedicated to ordeals (in general), then the thesis has focused on judicial duel and last part of this thesis describes further development of duel.
