Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Bankovní záruky“ je vymezení pojmu bankovních záruk na základě analýzy dostupné literatury z právních a ekonomických pohledů. Dále práce vyhodnocuje aktuální trendy v nabídce bankovních záruk na českém trhu a zaměřuje se na přístup konkrétní bankovní instituce k bankovním zárukám.
Abstract:
The goal of the bachelor thesis „Bank guarantees“ is to define the term of bank guarantees based on analysis of available literature from legal and economic points of view. Furthermore, the submitted thesis assesses current trends in the bank guarantees supply on the Czech market and then focuses on the approach to bank guarantees of a particular bank institution.
