A double view of the authority of a secondary vocational school teacher

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce ‘‘Dvojí pohled na autoritu učitele střední odborné školy‘‘ zpracovává téma autority učitelů z pohledu učitelů a žáků. Cílem práce bylo tak zjistit, jak se dle žáků má chovat učitel, který chce, aby byl autoritou, a nastínit, jakými způsoby v současné době učitelé svou autoritu upevňují. Praktická část je zaměřena na obecný popis autority a pojmy s tím společné. Řeší vztah učitele a žáka, osobnost učitele a různé pojetí autority, nejen učitele. Praktická část zkoumá prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření pohled žáků a učitelů středních odborných škol na autoritu pedagoga. Respondenty jsou žáci a učitelé Střední zahradnické školy v Rajhradě a Odborného učiliště ve Cvrčovicích. Jejich odpovědi slouží jako podklad pro zodpovězení výzkumných otázek.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis ‘‘ A double view of the authority of a secondary vocational school teacher ‘‘ deals with the topic of teacher’s authority from the point of view of teachers and pupils. The aim of the work was to find out how the teacher who wants to be an authority should behave according to the pupils, and to outline in what ways teachers are currently making their authority. The practical part is focused on a general description of authority and concepts common to it. It conserns the relationship between teacher and student, the personality of the teacher and various conceptions of authority, not just the teacher himself. The practical part is focus on the view of students and teachers of secondary vocational schools on the authority of the teacher through a questionnaire survey. The respondents are pupils and teachers of the Secondary Horticultural School in Rajhrad and the Vocational School in Cvrčovice. Their answers serve as a basis for answering research questions.
