Abstract:
Rozvoj zánětlivé odpovědi je jedním z obranných mechanismů lidského organismu. V průběhu zánětu dochází k výraznému nárůstu koncentrací proteinů akutní fáze, které jsou využívané jako biomarkery v diagnostice zánětlivých onemocněních, jako jsou například ateroskleróza, revmatoidní artritida, Crohnova choroba nebo ankylozující spondylitida. The development of inflammatory response is one of the defense mechanisms of the human organism. During inflammation there is a significant increase in the concentrations of acute phase proteins that are used as biomarkers in the diagnosis of inflammatory diseases, such as atherosclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn's disease or ankylosing spondylitis.
