Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku právní úpravy institutu místního a krajského referenda na území České republiky. Práce se věnuje postupu při organizování referenda na místní i regionální úrovni, soudní ochraně v otázkách referenda a dalším související otázkám. The thesis is focused on the issue of legal regulation of the institute of local and regional referendum in the territory of the Czech Republic. The paper deals with the organization of the referendum at local and regional level, judicial protection on referendum issues and other related issues.
