Comprehensive design of the physical and logical topology of the home network and its services

Abstract:

Cílem práce je navrhnout komplexní návrh domácí počítačové sítě na fyzické a logické úrovni včetně konfigurací a využití standardních služeb. Autor práce navrhne fyzickou a logickou topologii domácí sítě včetně zdůvodnění. Na zvolené topologii popíše a nakonfiguruje sadu nejpoužívanějších služeb pro optimální běh domácí sítě, včetně možnosti home office, zabezpečení zálohování dat a zabezpečení celé sítě proti neoprávněnému vniknutí k venku. Celý návrh autor představí ve vhodném simulátoru počítačových sítí a v práci uvede jednotlivé konfigurace, včetně jejich odůvodnění.

Abstract:

The aim is to design a comprehensive proposal for home network at the physical and logical level, including the configuration and usage of standard services. The Author suggests physical and logical topology of the home network, including justification. On selected topology describes and configures the most common set of services for optimal running of a home network, including the possibility of home office, security, data backup and security of the entire network against unauthorized access. The whole design is presented in suitable simulator of computer networks and presents various configurations, including their justification.
