Abstract:

Cílem předkládané bakalářské práce je zaměřit se na problematiku manažerského rozhodování a motivace vedoucích pracovníků. Teoretická část především věnuje pozornost základním pojmům managementu, podniku a procesu podnikání, významu role manažera a jeho stylu řízení. Dále je orientovaná na oblast motivovaní zaměstnanců a teorií rozhodování. Praktická část obsahuje výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření, na jehož základě bude zkoumáno podnikové prostředí. Závěrem bakalářské práce je na základě získaných informací a poznatků navrhovat řešení pro optimalizaci motivační a rozhodující stránky podniku

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to focus on the issues of managerial decision-making and motivation of managers. The theoretical part primarily pays attention to the basic concepts of management, enterprise and business process, the importance of the role of the manager and his management style. It is also focused on motivated employees and decision theory. The practical part contains research in the form of a questionnaire survey, on the basis of which the business environment will be examined. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis is to propose solutions based on the information and knowledge obtained to optimize the motivational and decisive aspects of the enterprise.
