Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou biomedicínských obrázků pořízených na fluorescenčním mikroskopu. Je založena na granulometrii, pomocí které anayzuje velikosti objektů v datech. Cílem této práce bylo nalezení způsobu jak rozlišovat mezi různými typy buněk.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the analysis of biomedical images obtained on fluorescence microscope. It is based on granulometry which analyses the size of objects in given images. Goal of this thesis was to find a way how to distinguish between different types of cells.
