Cílem práce je rozebrat institut majetkové podstaty v insolvenčním řízení. Její definici, rozsah a obsah. Práce popisuje činnost a možnosti insolvenčního správce při zjišťování a soupisu majetkové podstaty. Práce se dále zabývá procesem vylučování a vyřazovaní majetku z majetkové podstaty a možností správce rozšířit majetkovou podstatu podáním odpůrčí žaloby. The objective of the essay is to analyse the concept of underlying assets in insolvency procedure, its definition, extent and content. The essay deals with the activity and competencies of the insolvency administrator in the process of inquiry and listing the underlying assets.
