Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce jsou nezávislé hotely a jejich věrnostní programy. Cílem je potvrdit či vyvrátit tvrzení, že věrnostní programy jsou důvodem opakovaných návštěv hostů v nezávislých hotelech, a zjistit, zdali je věrnostní program to, co vytváří skutečný vztah hosta k hotelu. První část práce se věnuje hotelnictví v České republice a věrnostním programům, popisuje jejich druhy a náležitosti. …more
Abstract:
The object of this thesis is independent hotels and its loyalty programs. The goal is to prove or disprove that loyalty programs are the reason for coming back to the hotel and that they help building a long term relationships with hotel guests.
