Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá novelou Het theater, de brief en de waarheid (Divadlo, dopis a pravda) nizozemského spisovatele Harryho Mulische. Práce se nejprve věnuje knize samotné a následně se zaměřuje na klasifikaci ustálených slovních spojení a možnosti jejich překladu. Nakonec zkoumá, jak jsou ustálená slovní spojení v knize přeložena do němčiny a češtiny.

Abstract:

This master thesis deals with the novel Het theater, de brief en de waarheid written by the Dutch author Harry Mulisch. It looks at the book itself first and then focuses on the classification of idioms and on how to translate them. Finally, the thesis examines the translation of the idioms in the book into German and Czech.
