Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá historickým vývojem krajského zřízení a porovnáním Libereckého kraje s dalšími kraji. První část práce je věnována historickému vývoji krajského zřízení. Na to navazuje popis činnosti jednotlivých orgánů a odborů krajského úřadu Liberec. V poslední části práce je pomocí výpočtů a grafů provedeno porovnání Libereckého kraje s dalšími vybranými kraji. The thesis is dealing with historical progress of regional system and with comparison of region Liberec with another regions. First part of this diploma work is devoted to historical progress of regional system. Upon this is conneced description of activities of specific organs and departments of regional authority.
