Environmental ethics from the perspective of an entrepreneur

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis focuses on addressing the issue of environmental ethics from a business perspective . In the first chapter deals with the definition of key terms such as entrepreneur and business enterprise functions of a business , business typology based on various criteria ( such as size, organizational- legal form , scope and method of financing ) . We consider the forms of business. The second chapter is focused on the area of ethics and its definition in terms of different authors . Draws primarily on business ethics its benefits , features , use , application of the ratios of the Slovak Republic . We also deal with business relations environmentally responsible businesses to various institutions , but also to the government, region , business partners , customers , creditors, employees , management and competition . Will consider the economic penetration of the ethical , argue over target entrepreneurs make a profit and increasingly applied ethics in business . In the third chapter , we analyze environmental ethics and its types . We also deal with the obligations of the undertaking in relation to the area of environmental . We focus on the business perspective on application area of environmental ethics in their activities .

Abstract:

Cieľom bakalárskej práce je upriamiť pozornosť na riešenie problematiky enviromentálnej etiky z pohľadu podnikateľa. V jej prvej kapitole sa zaoberáme definíciou kľúčových pojmov ako sú podnikateľ a podnikanie, podnik, funkcie podniku, typológia podniku na základe rôznych kritérií (ako je veľkosť, organizačno-právna forma, oblasť pôsobenia či spôsob financovania). Uvažujeme nad formami podnikania. Druhá kapitola je orientovaná na oblasť etiky a jej vymedzenie z pohľadu rôznych autorov. Upriamujeme sa predovšetkým na podnikateľskú etiku jej prínos, funkcie, využitie, uplatnenie v pomeroch Slovenskej republiky. Zaoberáme sa tiež vzťahmi podnikateľov k životnému prostrediu, zodpovednosť podnikateľov k rôznym inštitúciám, ale aj k vláde SR, regiónu, obchodným partnerom, zákazníkom, veriteľom, zamestnancom, manažmentu a konkurencii. Zamýšľame sa aj nad prienikom ekonomickej časti s etickou, polemizujeme nad cieľom podnikateľov dosahovať zisk a čoraz viac uplatňovať etiku pri podnikaní. V tretej kapitole analyzujeme enviromentálnu etiku a jej druhy. Zaoberáme sa tiež povinnosťami, ktoré vyplývajú podnikateľovi vo vzťahu k enviromentálnej oblasti. Orientujeme sa na pohľad podnikateľa na oblasť využitia enviromentálnej etiky pri svojej činnosti.
