Bakalářská práce analyzuje a srovnává dva mezinárodní ad hoc tribunály, a to Mezinárodní tribunál pro bývalou Jugoslávii a Mezinárodní tribunál pro Rwandu. Abstract:
The bachelor piece analyses and compares two international ad hoc tribunals, for Former Yugoslavia and for Rwanda. It focuses on the background of their establishment, jurisdiction, organs and cooperation with states and humanitarian organizations. The main question of this piece is, what are the main differences and if the ICTR is less successful then its predecessor.
