Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje zpracování několika foto-polymerních materiálů s příměsí keramiky na technologiích SLA a DLP. V první části této práce jsou popsány technologie umožňující 3D tisk keramických materiálů, ale i vlastní použitelné materiály pro 3D tisk. V další praktické části je představen směr vlastních testů a jejich zhotovení. Jsou zde popsány a zobrazeny testovací modely, technologické parametry 3D tisku, ale i jednotlivé kroky post procesů. U nich byly detailně zanalyzovány postupy k debindingu a vlastní sintraci materiálů. Tyto technologické parametry jednotlivých operací byly optimalizovány k dosažení požadovaných výsledků vzorků. V závěru práce byly získané vzorky změřeny a komplexně zhodnoceny pod elektronovým a optickým mikroskopem. Byly získány hodnoty chemických prvků, velikosti částic, stupeň sintrace, které jsou detailně popsány v závěru této diplomové práce.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with processing of several photopolymer materials with admixture of ceramics on SLA and DLP technologies. In the first part of this thesis there are described technologies enabling 3D printing of ceramic materials, as well as custom usable materials for 3D printing. In the next practical part is introduced the direction of tests and their production. There are described test models, technological parameters of 3D printing as well as individual steps of post processes. The debinding and sintering processes of the materials were analyzed in detail. These technological parameters of the individual operations were optimized to achieve the desired sample results. At the end of the work the obtained samples were measured and comprehensively evaluated under electron and optical microscope. The values of chemical elements, particle sizes, degree of sintering were obtained, which are described in detail at the end of this thesis.
