Předkládaná práce se zabývá hodnocením autonomního nervového systému pomocí metody spektrální analýzy variability srdeční frekvence u osob s roztroušenou sklerózou mozkomíšní. Porovnávali jsme hodnoty variability srdeční frekvence při spontánním a řízeném dýchání u vybraného souboru pacientů (n = 35). Abstract:
The aim of this study was evaluation of autonomous nervous system using spectral analysis of heart rate variability in a group of patients with the multiple sclerosis. We compared values of heart rate variability during spontaneous respiration and respiration in accordance with metronome in group of patients (n = 35).
