The Instruments Combating the International Terorrism in the Air Traffic
Abstract:
Tato bakalářské práce se zabývá propojením politologických a mezinárodně vědních výzkumů o mezinárodním terorismu v letecké dopravě s mezinárodně právními úpravami tohoto celosvětového fenoménu tak, aby došlo k zefektivnění a zvýšení flexibility prostředků boje proti mezinárodnímu terorismu v letecké dopravě.
Abstract:
This text deals with connecting the researches of experts of humanities, for example: the International Relations, with the researches of international law about the international terorrism in the air traffic. This connecting can help with rise in efficiency and flexibility of the instruments combating the international terorrism in the air traffic.
