V současné době je hlavním problémem alogenních transplantací kostní dřeně odmítnutí štěpu a reakce štěpu proti hostiteli. Čím jsou tyto reakce způsobeny, není dosud zcela známo, ale mají imunitní charakter a souvisí především s T lymfocyty. Cílem této práce bylo zavedení profilování γδ T lymfocytů pomocí metody PCR. In these days the main problems of allogeneic bone marrow transplantation are graft rejection and graft versus host disease. Origin of these reactions is not known but they have immunity character and above all are related to T cells. The task of this thesis was to prepare PCR method for creating profiles of γδ T cells.
