The Business Plan. The Foundation of a Business Subject - Natural Person

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o založení podnikatelského subjektu a vytvoření podnikatelského plánu. Zaměřuji se na založení hotelu v jižních Čechách – na Šumavě. Pokusím se dokázat, že projekt může být úspěšný i přes nepříjemnosti způsobené finanční krizí v roce 2008. Teoretická část této práce pojednává o teorii podnikatelského plánu a co je potřeba pro založení společnosti. V praktické části popisuji společnost, její silné i slabé stránky, mikroprostředí i makroprostředí podniku, konkurenci. Vytvořím rozvahu, plán zisků a ztrát a plán peněžních toků a neméně důležité je také vypočítat bod zvratu. Pokusím se tedy o predikci ekonomického vývoje zamýšlené společnosti.

Abstract:

This dissertation illustrates the business plan for the creation and trading of a hotel in the south of Bohemia – Šumava. I intend to demonstrate that despite the global economic problems caused by the financial crises in 2008, this project can be successful. The first part of this presentation – the abstract part – is focused on the theory of the business plan and what is required initially to create a company. In the practical part of the business plan I will go into an indepth description of the company. I will highlight its strengths and weaknesses, the micro and macro – environment and the competitors. In addition, the process to set up the balance sheet, the statement of income, the cash - flow and ultimately to calculate the important break – even point. Finally I will attempt to predict the future economic progress of the intended company.
