My thesis says about contracts used in the Slovak banking sector. It describes in details law regulations in two of the most preferred contracts. I mean loan and credit agreements. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá zmluvami využívanými v slovenskom bankovom sektore. Podrobne charakterizuje právnu úpravu dvoch najviac preferovaných zmlúv, a to zmluvy o pôžičke a zmluvy o úvere. V prvej kapitole rozoberá všeobecne právnu úpravu zmlúv v občianskom práve ako aj v obchodnom práve. Podrobne opisuje vznik zmlúv, ako aj dôvody zániku zmluvných vzťahov.
