Criminalistic experiment

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kriminalistického experimentu. Zahrnuje vymezení základních pojmů souvisejících s kriminalistickým experimentem, popisuje jeho důležitost a cíle. Dále se zaměřuje na jeho provedení v praxi, detailní přípravu metody, taktické postupy provedení a další nedílné náležitosti tohoto zvláštního způsobu dokazování. Práce popisuje kriminalistický experiment z hlediska kriminalistického a legislativního, podle jeho zákonné úpravy dle §104c trestního řádu. Závěrečná kapitola uvádí výsledky dotazníkového šetření, potvrzení hypotéz a v neposlední řadě přináší i vlastní pohled na problematiku.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of a forensic experiment. It includes the definition of basic concepts with a criminalistic experiment, describes its importance and goals. It also focuses on its implementation in practice, detailed preparation of methods, tactical procedures and other integral requirements of this special method of proving. The thesis describes a criminalistic experiment from the point of view of forensics and legislation, according to its legal regulations according to §104c of the Criminal Procedure Code. The final chapter presents the results of the questionnaire survey, confirmation of hypotheses and, last but not least, provides own view of the issue.
