Import customs process in terms of importation of goods into the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá importním procesem a celním řízením z pohledu spediční firmy. Primárním cílem této práce je detailní popis celního procesu vybrané mezinárodní korporace v České republice. V metodické části je obecně definován význam cla a popsáno celní řízení a celní režimy. Analytická část práce je zaměřena na popis importního procesu celního oddělení spediční firmy, který je podpořen interními daty a statistikou Českého statistického úřadu o mezinárodním obchodu. Závěr analytické části je věnován návrhu na zjednodušení importního procesu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the process of import and customs procedures from the perspective of freight forwarders. The primary objective of this thesis is a detailed description of the customs process of the chosen international corporation in the Czech Republic. A methodical part generally defines the meaning of duty and describes customs control and procedures. Analytical part is focused on describing the process of import customs department forwarding company, which is supported by internal data and statistics on international trade. The conclusion of analytical part is devoted to a proposal to simplify the import process.
