Abstract:
Programy NMRPipe, Rowland NMR Toolkit (RNMRTK) a MFT package byly použity ke zpracování NMR dat. Uniformně vzorkovaná 2D data bylá zpracovány metodami diskrétní Fourierovy transformace (DFT) doplněním nulami, diskrétní Fourierovy transformace s lineární predikcí (LP) a Maximální entropie (MaxEnt). Abstract:
Programs NMRPipe, Rowland NMR Toolkit (RNMRTK), and MFT package were used to process the NMR data. An uniformly sampled 2D data was processed by methods of discrete Fourier transform (DFT) with zero-filling (ZF), discrete Fourier transform with linear prediction (LP), and Maximum entropy (MaxEnt).
