Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme depozici cyklopropylaminových vrstev a jejich následnému leptání v kyslíkovém plazmatu. Vrstvy byly nadeponovány na křemenných mikrováhách (QCM). Sledovalo se, jak se po jednotlivých úpravách povrchu mění hmotnost vrstvy. Hmotnost byla zjištěna tak, že se změřila změna frekvence QCM pomocí čítače frekvencí. Abstract:
In this thesis we study the deposition of cyklopropylamine layers and their etching with oxygen plasma. Layers were deposited at quartz crystal microbalance (QCM). It was observed that the weight of the layers changed after individual procedures. Weight was obtained via measurement of changed frequencies QCM using frequency counter.
