Rationalization of processes of selected company logistics activities

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je racionalizace aktivit logistických procesů ve společnosti Alfa s.r.o. Práce je členěná do teoretické a aplikační části. V rámci teoretických východisek byly definovány základní pojmy a poznatky, ze kterých se vychází při analýzách. Je zde věnována pozornost i vybraným otázkám operačního výzkumu. Na základě analýzy současného stavu jsou v práci determinovány zásadní nedostatky v logistických aktivitách dané společnosti. Návrhy řešení vybraných problémů se opírají o využití dat získaných metodami pozorování, analýzy a syntézy, využitím neformálních rozhovorů, komparace, dedukce a pro optimalizaci dat byla vybrána Clark-Wrightova metoda. Návrhy jsou vypracovány v podobě nejvhodnějších variant řešení daného stavu a jejich efektivnost je zhodnocena ekonomickým vyhodnocením.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to rationalize the logistics processes in the Alfa enterprise. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. Within the theoretical background, the basic concepts and knowledge which represented the basis for the analyses were defined. Attention is paid to the selected questions of the operational research within this part. Based on the analysis of the current state, the major deficiencies in logistics operations of the particular enterprise were determined. The proposals of the selected problems solutions are based on the utilizing the data retrieved by methods of observation, analysis and synthesis, the informal interviews, comparison, deduction and, for optimizing the data, the Clark-Wright method was chosen. The proposals are elaborated in the form of the most suitable variants of the particular state solution, and their effectiveness is assessed by the economic evaluation.
