Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám dvěma skupinami ve věku 50+ a jejich postavením na trhu práce. První kapitola teoretické části se věnuje celoživotnímu vzdělávání. Druhá kapitola popisuje vzdělávání dospělých, rozvoj vzdělávání od šedesátých let minulého století po současnost, motivaci a bariéry dospělých k dalšímu vzdělávání. Třetí kapitola přibližuje generaci 50+, charakterizuje období starší dospělosti. Čtvrtá kapitola vymezuje zaměstnance 50+ na trhu práce, jejich přednosti a nedostatky jak z pohledu samotné generace, tak z pohledu zaměstnavatele. Výzkumnou část diplomové práce jsem realizovala formou kvantitativně orientovaného pedagogického výzkumu. Pomocí stanovených hypotéz hledám odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku. Kromě odpovědí na hlavní výzkumné otázky chci najít odpovědi i na další dílčí otázky. Odpovědi jsem získala pomocí dotazníku.

Abstract:

There are two groups of lifelong learning people of age 50+ and their position on the labour market which I deal in my diploma thesis. The first chapter of the theoretical part is focused to the lifelong leasing. The second chapter describes education of adults, development education from the sixties to the present, motivation and barriers to the further training. The third chapter presents the 50+ generation, characterizes the older adult.The fourth chapter defines 50+ employees in the labour market, their strengths and weaknesses both in terms of generation itself, and from the perspective of the employer. The research part of the diploma thesis is based on a quantitatively oriented educational research. Use of the hypotheses I am seeking an answer to the basic question. In addition to the main research questions I want to find answers to other sub-questions. The responses were obtained using a questionnaire.
