Tariff Classification and Preferential Origin of Goods

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou sazebního zařazení zboží a preferenčního původu zboží. Je rozdělená do dvou částí, každá část se samostatně zabývá jedním tématem. Práce je zaměřená na tuto problematiku z pozice vývozce a dovozce zboží ze třetích zemí, tedy zemí mimo celní území Evropského společenství. V práci jsou vysvětleny jednotlivé dílčí součásti procesu sazebního zařazení a uvedeny důkazy, které prokazují původ zboží. Součástí práce je několik příkladů, na kterých se demonstruje jak postup zařazení zboží tak i vliv na výběr cla, a příklady vztahující se k původu zboží.

Abstract:

The Bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of classification of goods according to tariff scales and preferential origin of goods. The thesis is divided into two parts, each of which deals with one of the topics separately. This Bachelor´s thesis focuses on these issues from the point of importers and exporters of goods from third countries, i.e. countries outside the customs territory of the European Community. The thesis clarifies particular parts of the process of tariff scale classification and contains evidence which proves the origin of goods. Last but not least, the thesis contains a few examples which illustrate the procedure of the classification of goods, the collection of customs duty, as well as examples related to the origin of goods.
