Abstract:
Bakalářské práce se zabývá interními směrnicemi vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část je věnována právním předpisům, podle kterých jsou interní směrnice vytvářeny. Je zde také vysvětlení problémů u interních směrnic, jaké mohou být dopady při jejich špatné exekuci v praxi a při popisu interních směrnic vybrané účetní jednotky. The bachelor thesis is concerned with Internal Directives in a chosen company. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on legal enactment which discribes how the internal directives are made.
