Yield and quality of winter wheat grain after application of nitrogen-sulfur fertilizer with humate in a pilot plant experiment

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce Výnos a kvalita zrna pšenice ozimé po aplikaci dusíkato-sirného hnojiva s humátem v poloprovozním pokusu bylo vypracovat literární přehled zaměřený na výživu pšenice ozimé (Triticum aestivum L.) dusíkem a sírou a na hnojiva s humáty. V praktické části pak bylo cílem založit poloprovozní pokus s aplikací dusíkato-sirného hnojiva s humátem a jeho varianty bez humátu a posoudit vliv těchto hnojiv na výnos a kvalitativní parametry zrna pšenice ozimé. Poloprovozní pokus probíhal v hospodářském roce 2020/2021 na pozemku Valašského ZOD, družstva Zašová. Pozemek se nachází v katastru obce Zubří ve výšce 341 m n.m. Do pokusu byly zařazeny varianty s aplikací hnojiva DASA 26-13 (dusičnan amonný a síran amonný) a hnojiva s přídavkem lignitu DASA H. Uvedená hnojiva byla aplikována v regeneračním a produkčním hnojení. Jako kontrola sloužila varianta s hnojivem LAV. Statisticky vysoce průkazné zvýšení výnosu oproti kontrolní variantě dosáhla DASA aplikovaná při regeneračním hnojení. Statisticky průkazného zvýšení dosáhla varianta DASA H taktéž aplikována při regeneračním hnojení. Varianty DASA produkčně a DASA H produkčně nedosáhly statisticky průkazného rozdílu vůči kontrolní variantě. Kvalitativní parametry zrna nebyly statisticky průkazně rozdílné po aplikaci již zmíněných hnojiv. Přídavek lignitu statisticky průkazně neovlivnil žádný ze sledovaných parametrů.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis Yield and quality of winter wheat grain after application of nitrogen-sulfur fertilizer with humate in a pilot plant experiment was to make a literature review focused on nutrition of winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) with nitrogen and sulfur and fertilizers with humates. In the practical part, the aim was to establish a pilot experiment with the application of nitrogen-sulfur fertilizer with humate and its variants without humate and to assess the effect of these fertilizers on the yield and quality parameters of winter wheat grain. The pilot plant experiment took place in the growing season 2020/2021 on the land of Valašské ZOD, družstvo Zašová. The land is located in the cadastre of the village Zubří at an altitude 341 m above sea level. In the experiment were included variants with the application of fertilizer DASA (ammonium nitrate and ammonium sulfate) and fertilizer DASA H with addition of lignite. These fertilizers were applied at the tillering stage and at the beginning of stem extension. As s control served the variant with fertilizer LAV. The statistically highly significant increase in grain yield was achieved by DASA applied during tillering, compared to the control variant. The DASA H variant also achieved a statistically significant increase when applied during tillering. Application of DASA or DASA H at the beginning of stem extension did not achieve a statistically significant difference compared to the control variant. None of the qualitative parameters of the grain were statistically significantly different after the application of the already mentioned fertilizers. The difference in terms of lignite addition was not statistically significantly affected in any of the monitored parameters.
