The aim of this work was to analyse possible problems of communication in the company John Crane Sigma. To do this analysis the author selected the method of questionnaire survey, observation and studying of intercompany documents. Cílem této analýzy bylo zjistit možné problémy týkající se komunikace ve firmě John Crane Sigma. Pro analyzování těchto problémů autorka zvolila metodu dotazování, pozorování a studium vnitropodnikových dokumentů. Výsledky šetření nepotvrdily autorčino podezření na problémy v komunikaci.
