Comprehensive treatment of temporomandibular disorders

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rehabilitací temporomandibulárního skloubení, vlivu držení krční páteře a těla na možnost vzniku poruch, ale také jejich úpravou v rámci terapie. Dále pak diagnostikou, stanovením správného postupu a výkonu terapie. Jedním z cílů práce je zjistit, zdali má postura krku a její případné korekce vliv na celkový výsledek terapie a také jak komplexně postupovat v diagnostice a terapii dané problematiky. V teoretické části budou popsány základy pro uvedení do problematiky, následná praktická část pak zaznamenává postup, techniky a výsledky terapie.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the rehabilitation of the temporomandibular joint, the effect of posture of cervical spine and body on the possibility of disturbances, but also editing them in therapy. Furthermore, diagnosis, determining the correct procedure and exercise therapy. One of the aims of this work is to determine whether a neck posture correction and its eventual impact on the overall outcome of therapy, as well as to comprehensively advance the diagnosis and treatment of the issue. The theoretical part describes the basics for introduction to the topic, followed by a practical part which records the procedures, techniques and results of therapy.
