The nursing management of a nurse taking care of a patient on the warfarin therapy
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá pacienty dvou kardiologických ambulancí užívajících dlouhodobě lék Warfarin. Sleduje, do jaké míry mohou určité vlivy působit na udržení hodnot terapeutického rozmezí. Dílčími cíli jsou, zjistit zda má vliv odlišné pohlaví, věk, vzdělání pacientů, nebo střídání ročního období. Dalším cílem je zjistit adherenci pacientů k docházce na plánované odběry.
Abstract:
This thesis applies to patients of two cardiology surgeries, who are long-term taking the medicine Warfarin. It monitors the extent to which certain effects act to maintain the therapeutic range. Partial goals are to determine whether different gender, age, patients´ education or seasons influence the results.
