Tato práce se zabývá polymerními nosiči léčiv a přírodními polymery pro formulaci hydrofilních matricových tablet. Charakterizuje přírodní i syntetická polymerní terapeutika, jejich přípravu, členění a využití. Je zmíněn i současný stav klinického vývoje polymerních léčiv. Abstract:
This work deals with polymeric carriers of drugs and natural polymers in the formulation of hydrophilic matrix tablets. It defines natural and synthetic polymer therapeutics, their preparation, classification and possible uses. The current status of clinical evaluation of the polymer therapeutics is also mentioned.
