Legal and Ethical Issues of Surogate Motherhood
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je věnovat pozornost právním a etickým problémům souvisejícím s náhradním mateřstvím. V první části je představena proměna postavení ženy ve společnosti v průběhu dějin. V druhé části je vysvětlen pojem náhradního mateřství a je věnována pozornost právní úpravě náhradního mateřství. V právní úpravě jsem se věnovala také procesu osvojení dítěte. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to point out the legal and ethical problems connected with the surrogacy. The first section focuses on a change of the status of women in history. The second section explains the concept of surrogacy and deals with legislation. The second section is also focused on the proces of adoption. In the las section are introduces primary risks, which can occur in the surrogacy.
