Real estate as an obligation
Abstract:
Rigorózní práce se zabývá postavením nemovitosti jako předmětu obligace v systému práva. Práce je členěna do tematických kapitol, které obsahují analýzu problematiky v právu římském a v právu moderním. Závěrem každé kapitoly je vzájemná komparace. Cílem práce je analýza postavení nemovitostí v systému práva a porovnání současných souvisejících institutů s jejich římskými předchůdci.
Abstract:
The thesis describes issues with the position of real estate as a subject of a obligation in the legal system. The work is divided into thematic chapters, which contain an analysis of the issues in Roman law and modern law. The conclusion of each chapter is a mutual comparison.
