Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu komunikačních technik ve vybrané společnosti, kterou je KALINA Industries s.r.o. Cílem práce je analyzovat komunikační techniky ve vybrané společnosti, zjistit nedostatky v komunikaci a doporučit možná opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení. První částí bakalářské práce je teoreticko-metodologický úvod, který se zabývá jednotlivými kategoriemi komunikace, jejími procesy, nástroji a především technikami. V této části je provedena rešerše literatury a jsou zde vysvětlené všechny pojmy potřebné k pochopení práce. Poslední kapitola teoreticko-metodologické části je pak věnována metodice výzkumu. Jsou zde popsány použité metody a jejich odůvodnění. Další kapitolu práce tvoří aplikační část, která se zaměřuje na využívání komunikačních technik zaměstnanci a manažery ve společnosti KALINA Industries s.r.o. a zkoumá, jak pracovníci vzájemnou komunikaci vnímají. Výzkum proběhl metodou dotazníkového šetření u zaměstnanců a manažerů společnosti. Výzkum ukázal, že se manažeři domnívají, že zdůrazňují zaměstnancům, proč mají danou činnost udělat. Ovšem téměř třetině zaměstnanců to někdy jasné není. A že největší bariérou komunikace je pracovní vytížení. Navrhovaná opatření jsou pak například kurzy pro manažery, které se zabývají komunikací se zaměstnancem, videokurzy, teambuildingové akce, nebo přijetí personalisty na plný pracovní úvazek.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of communication techniques in chosen company which is KALINA Industries s.r.o. The aim of this thesis is to analyze communication techniques in the company, to identify weaknesses in the communication and to recommend some possibilities for improvement in this area. The first section of the bachelor’s thesis is the theoretical and methodological part, which deals with particular categories of communication, its processes, and instruments and primarily with communication techniques. This part contains of literary research and there are also explained all concepts needed to understand the whole thesis. The last chapter of the theoretical and methodological part is devoted to research methodology. There are described used methods and their justification. The next section of the thesis is the application part, which focuses on the use of communication techniques by employees and managers in the company KALINA Industries s.r.o. and examines how they perceive their mutual communication. The survey was conducted by using the questionnaire survey method with employees and managers of the company. The research has showed that managers think they emphasize to employees why they should make the activities. However for almost a third of employees the reason of each activity is not clear. The next result from the survey has showed that the biggest barrier of communication is too high workload. Recommended advices are for example courses for managers dealing with staff communication, video courses, teambuilding events or the recruitment of full-time human-resource staff.
