Cyberdeterrence

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá relativně novým konceptem odstrašování v kyberprostoru, který spojuje starší koncept odstrašování a problematiku kyberprostoru. Téma odstrašování v kyberprostoru je v práci uvedeno do širších souvislostí (rozebrán je např. vztah mezi kyberprostorem a geopolitikou atd.). Důraz je kladen na pronikání otázek spojených s kyberprostorem do zahraniční a bezpečnostní politiky a na možnost aplikace odstrašování pro vypořádání se s hrozbami v kyberprostoru.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on a relatively new concept of cyberdeterrence in which the older concept of deterrence and problems of cyberspace are connected. The topic of cyberdeterrence is perceived in a broader context (e.g. by analysing the relation between cyberspace and geopolitics etc.). The emphasis lies on the penetration of the question connected with cyberspace into the foreign and security policy, and on the possibility of applying the deterrence to deal with cyber threats.
